At The Grey Weave, we strive to provide the best quality products. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Returns & Refunds (Damaged Items Only)

  • No Questions Asked for Damages: We only offer returns or full refunds if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Proof Required: To claim a return for damage, you must provide an unboxing video (or clear photos) showing the defect immediately upon opening the package.
  • Timeline: Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Size Exchanges

  • Fit Issues: If the size does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size of the same product (subject to availability).
  • Exchange Fee: Please note that we do not offer free return shipping for size exchanges. A flat shipping & handling fee applies to process the exchange.
  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

3. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
