Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
We process orders in [1–2 business days]. You’ll get a tracking link once it ships.
How long does delivery take?
Metro: [2–4] days | Non-metro: [3–7] days | Remote/NE/J&K: [5–10] days. Timelines are estimates; carriers may vary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Duties/taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient.
Is COD available?
Enabled. COD availability depends on pincode and may include an extra COD fee shown at checkout.
My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it.

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link sent by email/SMS or visit Track Order page with your order ID and email/phone.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return/exchange window?
7 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags and original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email thegreyweave.com@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason, and photos (if damaged/defective). We’ll reply with instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For customer-initiated returns/exchanges (size or preference), return shipping is your responsibility and/or the cost of a prepaid label may be deducted from your refund.
I received a damaged/incorrect item.
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per policy.
When will I get my refund?
After QC approval, refunds process in 3–5 business days. Banks may take 2–7 more days to reflect. COD refunds are via UPI/Bank transfer.

How do I find my size?
See the Size Guide on product pages. If between sizes, we typically suggest [sizing up/true to size] for [oversized/regular] fits.
How should I wash my tees/hoodies?
Cold machine wash inside-out, gentle cycle; do not bleach; tumble dry low or line dry; low iron; do not iron on print.
Will the color match the photos exactly?
Minor variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting.
